Here comes the Groom!

In a humorous law writing mishap, the state of Arkansas was trying to establish a minimum marrying age, but with a misplaced word, ended up allowing even babies to legally marry:

The law, which took effect July 31, was intended to establish 18 as the minimum age to marry, while also allowing pregnant minors to marry with parental consent. An extraneous “not” in the bill, however, allows anyone who is not pregnant to marry at any age if the parents allow it.

I think it is very kind of Arkansas to throw the kids a bone here considering that G. Dubya just vetoed the SCHIP legislation.

For all the computer nerds out there, this sign brought a smile to my face.

Does CNN think this is one of the 10 most important stories in America today? And the other day it was her cleavage. And her pink blouse during one of the debates. Let’s see the relation here, we’ll call it the six degrees of Hillary Clinton. Clinton-cackle-witch.

Do they know that they are being used as a propaganda pawn to demean the Senator? Do they not care if it increases ratings?

And does mainstream media’s secondary debate on whether these are issues simply propagate them? This post is about media responsibility. They literally have billions to use for investigative journalism, yet they have filled in the holes where Extra misses the other 23 hours of the day. Who’s in charge here? Who should feel shame? A system can feel no shame.
